We were tired of doing it alone.
FWDHer began the way most good things do — over a long dinner, with a table of women who had been quietly building for years. What we needed didn't exist yet, so we made it.
What we believe
Momentum, not performance.
Founders are romanticized. Founding is not.
We built FWDHer for the woman between chapters — the one who has already proven she can start. What she needs next is a room, a rhythm, and a resource library that actually reflects the work.
So we made one. It is small on purpose. It is honest on purpose. And it is built to keep going, because so is she.
